The goal of this course is to show you the process of making panettone step by step, in a logical and easy to follow way. In this way, I want to inspire and motivate you to improve yourself in baking panettone, as well as instill confidence in your own abilities.

You will learn how to convert from liquid to stiff sourdough starter – pasta madre and how to maintain and manage a stiff sourdough starter.

Requirements:

You should burn with desire to learn to bake panettone.

You will require a planetary mixer or a spiral mixer with several speeds.

You should already have initial experience in maintaining a sourdough starter as well as experience in baking with sourdough.
